Start up MSCEditor than in one of the drop down menus is the Map click on it, than zoom to the location you want i Suggest across the street from your house and right click on your mouse, that will give you a drop down menu, click teleport item than select the Van and there you go you've cheated your way to happiness

The van is not that difficult to get a hold of and meeting the requirements to start the uncle timer takes only a few minutes.

I'd like to take it even further and remove the ability to permanently keep the van after uncle loses his license. The game becomes too easy once you have it permanently.

All you need to do is put the car frame together and the next day uncle will give you the keys.

You mean the game is crap unless you have that van? Cmon, use the ruscko, Yes, it overheats even at 1st gear but thats all part of the experience in the Ruscko

Or just install the drivers seat in the satsuma and then wait for 1-2 ingame days and do something else in this time like searching for the wrecks. Then you will get the keys to it soon.
