PLAYER STORY UNCOVERED!!

The player character has big brother(s), his biological mother died at childbirth, his bigger brother(s) have moved out, his father is a good guy.

HAHA, YOU FELL FOR A CLICK-BAIT!

But you maybe also stumbled something legit?

You decide.

It begins:

So, who is the player character? We all know he is a guy who lives in Finland and builds a car and that's what you play. But I have obtained higher level of understanding, because my brain has obtained big brain level. Let me explain to you normal brains:

We learn from certain phone calls and dialogue from grandmother things about player character:

"Oot sie kummiski isäs poikia" this is something what Teimo says in Finnish language (not directly translated if you use subtitles) when he tells package has arrived for you. It is one of completely random dialogues he has when he calls you about parts having arrived to his shop, but nothing speacial about it. Roughly translated into English, it means "You must be one of your father's sons".

O' DAMN! "ONE OF YOUR FATHER'S SONS!"

This was what got my noggin' joggin'! "Oot sie varmaa issäs poikias!" Teimo knew we were one of our father's sons! So there were more than one of us sons! How many sons? We do not know yet...

But let's dive deeper!

At the start of the game, we see the player character being born, in the intro. The car of the game is there, driven by our father, trying to get out mother to hospital as fast as possible, our mother whose vaginal exit we see as we are being born, at the back-seat of the car... All three of us, the father, the mother, us, we are driving through vast farmlands of Ostra-bothnia... But... There is no end to it... We are just driving... No end... Blood... Crying... Disordered Finlandia playing... Baby being born... But there are no doctors to help the mother... Like in the old days, when childbirth was something in which mothers used to die of... Oh no...

Childbirth is a thing that is never the same, but follows certain rules;
- Your first one is always the most difficult one, labour might take more than 24 hours.
- Childbirths after the first one, they might be as short as 2 hours.
- Depending on the mother's and the child's blood type, the mother may die.

Stay with me and listen...

The player's parents had their firstborn(s) some time before the player was born. Time passed. The mother recovered from the childbirth. The parents discovered they were pregnant with the player character (does not matter after how many brothers, just that the player is not the first-born).

This is all logically followable by what you see in the game.

But, because it was not the player's mother's first pregnancy, and more importantly, not her first childbirth, the birth progressed much faster than the first one. While the first one could have taken better part of a day, the second (or however many'th the player was) childbirth (google is birthing your second child easier) progressed much faster. Way too faster. In fact, so fast, the player's father could not get the mother fast enough to a hospital for safe delivery... He was still driving to the hospital when the mother was already delivering the child! We all see this in the intro!

Oof... What does this all mean? Where do we go from here? So... We know, and we speculate:

- The player character was not the only child of his father (confirmed by Teimo, kind of confirmed by how fast player's mother went into labour while getting into hospital)

This raises more questions... So, if the player was not the first-born, where are his older brothers? What happened to his mother? Where are his brothers? Why is there only room for him in his house, even if there was supposed to be more brothers? Why is it implied his parents are on a holiday? Army service is mandatory for Finn men above age of 18, why are we 19 doing what we want?

I will answer all these questions tomorrow. I am a Finn and I have played this game since release and I lived this life this game gives you in mid-90's Finland and my car also has licence plate ending in 403, so you know you can trust me. Stay tuned!

The letter on the refrigerator ends "Terveisin äippä ja issäis" which translates to "Sincerely, mother and father"

Not only that, but the letter seems to also be written by the mother, since there's stuff like "your dad says you will get the car if you fix it up and inspect it"

As promised, here comes the big mind-blower, but before I get to that, I would like to give you the opportunity to have a guess, we have seen some good arguments, points and theories on this thread, so it would not be polite of me to just shout it out after there has been so much pleasant dialogue here among friends.

Because your grandmother is your mother's mother, and your uncle is your mother's brother, and your last name is your father's last name? That way the player can chose their own last name, but your relatives can have their own last name without any conflict. The family members you meet in the game are from your mother's side of the family, but your mother took your father's last name, as is custom, therefore you have a different last name than the rest of the relatives you can meet in the game.

It seriously doesn't matter if this guy is serious or not, there must be something wrong with his chromosomes.

That song wasnt the player singing but okay
