Otherwise, might have to go through the check list of making sure the electrical and fuel systems are good and every bolt is tightened / consumables topped up. Good luck!
start the car and heat it up to normal temprature. unscrew the distributor a little bit and turn it until you hear ticking, then bolt screw the distributor back, the connection of the distributor and the electrics cause the spark timing to be perfect.
remove the rocket cover and take the screwdriver again. at the start. the default air fuel mixture would be 18 by default (you can tell if you have the fuel mixture gauge) 14 is the best fuel air mixture because you can also pass the inspection.when starting for the first time untuned it should not tick by default. its harder to tune when its ticking so do it without the distributor tuned for easiness. for the rocketshaft tuning most of the screws will be 6 tightness. one of the intakes are at 7. (cylinder intake one) it can be noticed by the placement of the screw. the cylinder intakes should be at 7 and the exhaust intakes at 8 when tuned by msceditor. then put back rocket cover. 13-15 air fuel mixture ratio is good but 13 fuel ratio is reccomended for performance because it gives alot of torque and power. 14 is good if your the casual driver. the screw on the carburator can be tuned to adjust the ratio. mousewheel up makes it leaner and mousewheel down makes it richer. you can test different ratios to see what matches your likings.
