Theres a mod that allows you to replace textures on the vehicles in the game.

I can wrap my head around the idea of replacing the textures toplessgun put into the folders that your meant to modify anyway. But then again posters and stuff we can just download off of a modding website if your photoshop is bad
Why? The workshop is absolute garbage for the modders themselves, laughable control, no file versioning, no bug reporting, limited statistics etc. There's literally no upside compared to third-party sites like the Nexus.
The workshop is only marginally better for users, solely due to the subscription system, but even that has its downsides. Other than that there's no redeeming qualities to it.
So there's absolutely nothing to feel sorry for, if anything you should be glad. :)
