Help why is my water pressure so low

So i took satsuma to fleetari then i told hin to put new tires and make the engine run a bit better and now my cars water pressure is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ low that the fuel mixture goes up very quikly i dont know what to do

Yeah but when you have broken parts and you drive the satsuma to fleetari he shows what parts are broken and now he showed none

nope. he only shows you parts THAT ARE REMOVED from the car.

It has and i changed the headgasket and the water presure is still ♥♥♥♥ and my oil filter is tighenned

I replaced it and it didnt do anything i can drive the car but anything higher than 50 rpm will ♥♥♥♥ up the fuel mixture

Yes, it should be spinning. I had the same problem with the water pressure and when i checked my engine I noticed that I had holes on my block. So yeah, check your engine very carefully
