don't use MSCeditor to remove parts from the engine or really do anything with building or fixing the car, there is a lot of reasons, i can't be bothered to write them all for the fiftieth time.
your starter is broken, get a new one.

Ok here's the thing though. This issue started happening before I made the "wise decision" to remove it from the editor. It happened after I installed a mod, and by mod I mean changing the gauge cluster needles. At this point the starter never engaged even with power and by this time I had not used the editor. This was all random. I then decided to use the editor to see if maybe removing it and putting it back in without me using the tools would help but obviously that did not change anything. (AGAIN TO CLARIFY: THIS ISSUE HAPPENED BEFORE MY SMART SELF DECIDED TO USE THE EDITOR TO UNINSTALL THE STARTER. THIS STARTER PROBLEM HAPPENED RANDOMLY AFTER CHANGING A TEXTURE. ME USING THE EDITOR DIDN'T CAUSE ANY NEW PROBLEMS OR SOLVED ANY PROBLEMS) I've even tried different game saves to see if that would fix the issue and even uninstalling the game and my mods and still no solution. This video I have isn't even my game save and the starter still isn't engaging.
