Best way to tow Satsuma?
So you know how it is, youre driving along the highway when KABOOM! and you engine had blown apart, so you just have to ditch the bugger at the side of the road, and then what? This has happened to me several times before but luckily it was near the dirt track so I could get the green car home to pick up the van to get the car and tow it back home to repair.

This works, however anything more than 40km/h and the car is going all over the place, almost certainly getting ruined. Is there a better way of getting the car back home when the engine isn't working or is it just generally a pain in the ass?

The van is a bad towing vehicle in general.

As a rule, keep the rope as short as possible and go slow. With these in mind and with the parking brake applied on the Satsuma, I find towing it with the tractor the least painful way to go.

Not a fast way so make sure you fill your music folder with some 90's hits and your cabin with some beer.

Thanks for the help, next time I get stuck (hopefully no time soon) I'll give that a go!

towing behind the truck is not so good. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/216563936347533170/1967BFC217EA3494373FC19850655C9676EF05F4/
