anyway to get new jerry can

i got lost on the way to the store and went the wrong way and crashed the van and died. so i built the car and now i have no way of getting fuel for it. any idea how i can get the car with no fuel to the store or geting a new jerry can

I know there's another jerry can where the tractor is parked at the start of the game, you could also tow the car to Teimo's shop with the sewage truck or tractor and fill it up there

the tractor one uses diesel, the one in garage is gas, beyond this i dont believe you can. I have not seen a second one anyway this far

ffs thats so annoying that theres none sold at the store, i just tried towing it and it was an absoulout pain in the ass to get it down the driveway with the fenders and bonnet falling off to the point where i just stuck em in the car its self and then once i got on the freeway i got near the police check and the tractor flipped and i died.

You could go check the landfill (theres supposed to be one near airfield) if it has respawned there. But yeah, needs buyable jerry cans.

no idea where it is in a hedge somewhere.
after about an hour and a half of rage inducing attempts at towing i discovered the best way to tow your vehicle is to have it touching theback of the truck when you hook it up and you ccan still go fast but not top speed other wise the car flips and you lose a door like i did which i still haven't found.
i have another major problem though. my fatigue has been in red for ages because i didn't think it did anything but now that my cars all set up and i got my supplies at the store i get a couple km's down the road and have a heart attack so i just close the game with task manager so it doesn't auto save because if i respawn then I'm going to have to walk all the way to the crossroads near the freeway where my tractor is because that's the closest vehicle and that's miles away with this slow run speed

Yeah i would like a feature to rescue lost cars too.
I know where it is but it would take ages to walk there...
First i crashed with the van while driving to get gas. Then i flipped over the tractor while towing the van to the gasstation. I was heavily drunk you know. The road was really small and i fell of and died.. Then took the Pooptruck to rescue the other cars. Well gasstation was closed because i arrived late... Got drunk in the pub next to it and blacked out. Next morning i'm at home but no car left to get anywere... saatana... went to sauna and got drunk. but still no car...

really cool solution would be: a towing service you can call to rescue the cars. or a taxi you can call to get you there.

yeah i was thinking like a tow truck or something since towing is so difficult

Maybe there's a way to edit the save file so that the jerry can respawns in the default location. Any ideas? I did a quick Ctrl+F search in the txt files for gas, jerry and fuel, and I can't yet find anything useful.

Manual editing of the saves is definitely not recommended. If you want to go the save-editing route, look up MSCEditor.
