14.7 was best for me personally, some people say 13 might give you more perfomance but from the tests i ran that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Go with 14.
And yeah, that ratio is only optimal on a well warmed-up engine, like it's driving temperature.

Really? i've ran 12.5 and 14+ back to back and 12.5 just seems really underpowered

Optimal power is somewhere between 13.0-13.5.

Anywhere between 13 and 15.

It largely depends on what you're trying to do.

Best advice is, set it to 14 even, then drive it as hard as you can and see if it overheats. If it does, you need to tune it more.

Tested with the power & rpm mod, it's 13:1 105hp with that ratio.
