Do missions stay active after save/load?

Last night I did a crap truck run, then got two more. After some faffing about I got the truck to town and saved in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ behind the bar to replace the missing hose. On load I can't seem to pump ♥♥♥♥ from the septic tank, although the guy is sitting outside the house smoking and drinking.

Is it just positioning or something, or do the missions reset?

is the truck not sucking or are you sucking and hes not paying?

as far as i experienced it, if you get a poop or wood call, and you save it, the darts disappear from the map, but you can still do the mission and they will give money.
not sure about the drunk guy.. i think he resets after every save.

i just did a wood delivery, i didnt have the quest marker, but i did get the call like 20 saves ago.

Okay cool, probably just need to reposition the truck for better ♥♥♥♥ suckage.

I get this problem sometimes, take the hose out of the well (drive forward) and put it back there and try again, remember to turn sucking off when you take the hose out and after the hose is back there turn it on. Worked every time so far
