How do I enter driving mode?

I started the van and did all that but it just keeps on saying enter driving mode. I can't drive the car or do anything.

The Moped is very glitchy, as is the GIFU. Most vehicles you get into the compartment with the driver seat, and on the moped, you stand on top of the rear seat and then look at the speed gauge.

Then press Enter or whatever button you assigned as entering driving mode/interact with the vehicle.

To get into the GIFU works best with jumping since otherwise if you just walk into the compartment for some reason you may even crawl onto the roof of the truck too.... strange.
