Spanner set gone

I loaded my save and my spanner set was gone i can't find it i always keep it in my garage or in the satsuma

same sometimes happened to me aswell and when i loaded my game all my groceries despawned just bring it back with the editor

I cant take my back or front seats out because I dont have a spanner set. Any help??! And how do I fix it with MSCEditor?
