How do I uninstall MSCLoader?

I installed it to get mods like the watch and 1911, yet they do not work so I want to uninstall it from my game. I deleted all files related to it and the mods themselves yet the Console and Settings files keep appearing in the config folder everytime I run the game. Any help will be appreciated.

in your library right click on the game in the games list, then click on properties, local files, verify integrity of game files

yup, you will need to put them back in afterwards

open your mscloader folder which you downloaded and then open 'mscpatcher.exe' in the popup screen there will be an option to remove msc loader

It says that i dont have permission to delete a file. Even tho i am admin
