Help my computer has a virus

My steam installation of msc just died and tells me to install it again. I dont want to do tha, because i have my mods installed, so i just start the game via the exe. It worked fine for a week. Now i was unaware of the computer virus in the game. I find it a cool feature against piracy. But now i bricked my pc. Is there a way to remove it or has buggy stream now essantialy bricked my pc.

thanks have fixed it now. will reinstall over steam soon
