Try verifying the integrity of your game files or just put those folders into your games install folder. MSCAudioConverter does a good job at converting the tracks at decent quality and can convert them in a batch of files with a single click making everything way faster.

Have you tried using MSCAudioConverter and placing the bare .ogg files in one of the folders named CD1, CD2 or CD3? It's working for me currently, even with album art.

Most commonly under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\My Summer Car\

Just put the files into one of the CD# folders. They only allow up to 15 tracks and they must be named Track1, Track2, etc.

You can have up to 3 CDs in the game at a time, so you can have multiple if you want. You can also edit the coverart file to have custom images on the CD cases.

You have to edit the image in the CD folders, just paste album art on top of the generic art it has. You will have to use an image editing program to get the images to fit correctly but I couldn't explain how to do all of that with my keyboard lol. I used GIMP to do it, though.
