They must changed the terms then. I been using it freely under their legacy terms for years.

But yea Paint-dot-NET and GIMP is fine really.

Can't really use MS-Paint since you want to have the ability to do Transparency and such.

It has *newer* been free. Adobe have *newer* had any legacys software. All they have had is Free trail and some (actually) free software, like adobe reader.

Want Real free? the Gimp, dot-net and Davinci Resolve. https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/au/products/davinciresolve/ (again the full pack cost you A$419)
