Here's the skin. It has 1000 lakes rally logos on the sides :D -> http://imgur.com/a/NYLsa and remember that the game makes it brighter than it is on the car.png file

Simply use photo editor, and overlay it onto any other skin you like, just ensure the background on the rust mask is made transparent during the layering. Not very hard to do.
