I second this. I'm too broke/lazy to get (or pirate) Photoshop, and I'd love to see some neat skins. Google offers zero help, apart from giving me the same template that's in the game files.

try gimp, it's more than enough for simply editing a given template

Look at this slick design. All it takes is removing each body part, putting in the back of Ferndale, do some mad tricks, roll-overs and crash into a tree some times. Then put them back on. Best. Look. Ever.
Also roll the body around with a tractor at least 8 times

Photoshop is for suckers!

GIMP is not only free, but more accessible than any iteration of PS. Plus it being open source means there is a TON of modules and plugins to extend its functionality, making it moreversatile than PS as well.

I found GIMP about 7 years ago, have never touched another image editing suite since.
