Keep in mind also; FPS averages will generally drop in MSC, as you actively have more and more loose items (Food, Drink, Fluids, etc.) in your game world.
Also screenshot the MSC Launcher as well as the in-game Graphics Options screen; so we can see what settings you're using as well. To screenshot the MSC Launcher; when that appears after clicking Play in Steam, click on that window to ensure it's the top-most window, then to screenshot it you can press ALT+PrintScreen; then open MS Paint > Paste > Save as JPG or PNG and then upload that via Steam Artwork. The in-game screenshots you can capture with F12 key, which will go right to your Steam Screenshot section, after you take the time to upload them.
