No MSC mods folder in my docs?

As the title states.. i dont see my summer car/mods folder to be able to adjust the susp on the car like I want to. I figured out how to install some new wheels/tires and exhaust but this other mod that adjusts the susp says to locate the mods folder and I dont seem to have one? I only have the folder in the steam app directory for MSC and some game save files in another location.

That is the other location i was talking about. I already use that folder to make back ups so i don't lose my work. All the modders install stuff in the main steam apps folder or they tell you to save a dll file in C:\User\MyDocuments\MySummerCar\Mods.. That is the one i do not see in my documents folder.Even when i search my summer car mods I can only find the two locations I was talking about.

just make the folder in my docs and drop in dll, you need the ModLoader installed to work though

Yeah I tried that already. I am not really sure what I am doing wrong. I selected the mod folder in MSC loader but when I go into game it says to hit 7 or 1 to lower the car and nothing happens. I got the rims and a few other things ive tried to work I just can't figure out what missing. Is there a hotkey you have to hit for it to work maybe? I know one of the other mods that lowers the car.. you hit F4 and it brings up a menu. Maybe i will try that route. I really would like to lower the car with these sick ass rims I downloaded lol Faack

I got it to work. I think I had the wrong folder selected in the msc loader. Car looks sick lowered with camber now :D

When installing the ModLoader you can choose where the Mod folder should be.

as a bit of info for anyone stumbling across this:
if you're using windows 11 sometimes you may have 2 documents folders, the one windows automatically directs you to being "C:\Users\(insert user name)\OneDrive\Documents", if you see that folder when you open your documents folder, remove the "\OneDrive" and it will take you to the other documents folder

this might not fix it, i havent had to deal with this issue in a long time, but it also might fix it
