Change Engine sound ?

I want the engine to sound very cool when i put the complete racing exhaust on it ( not just a little change, yeah i know sound already change when we change exhaust but still not a big change for me )

So is there a way to replace sounds files somewhere please ?

I have tried to import custom .wavs to game, but not yet got them work. I think it's still plausible. You can swap sounds that are already in-game, but the cars have own audio/pitch settings for sounds so swapping vehicle sounds between them makes them play at wrong pitch etc. I think you can swap the audio settings too, haven't tested it though.

I will eventually look and try to find out how to get custom sounds to game and tell there, if i manage to get them working.

Maybe you have to export sounds from the game, then paste your modified sound over to it with sound-editing program and make it same length as the original and save with same bitrate settings etc. Then open new project in Unity, put your sound there and make sure it have same compressing configurations as the original, build the project and use Unity Assets Bundle Extractor to open your projects "shaderassets0" file, extract the modified sound in Raw format and then import that raw file back to original MSC files.

BUT that's just a theory and there might be some other things to take care of...

Yeah - car will sound a bit rawer. Probably harm ya performance a bit, but you'll have a chunkier sound.

This is a funny topic. A person builds a car from scratch, but doesn't understand that a muffler affects the sound of the exhaust.

I mean, the word "muffler" literally means it softens and changes the sound of something.

Well i've already tried to ride without exhaust line at all and this wasn't a huge sound, so this guy telling me that the exhaust line but with no Muffler will do something well...

Nobody was asking for a stupid "Ricer" Sound.... The question was how to Replace Soundfiles.
And the Vanilla Soundfiles for the Satsuma are not really good.
