[MOD] JDM/Ricer Styled Custom Racing Muffler

This isn't very finnish '95 style... just had to make it. May the future custom parts be more finnish ones ;)

Notes:
- Collisions are not updated.
- Disabled muffler on AMIS-car, because of wrong rotation.

I tried 7hrs to get rotation correct on AMIS-car, but then i gave up so i disabled it. Its transform is saved in "level1" file with PathId: 20618. There is 4 LocalRotation values with range -1.00000 to 1.0000. Tweaking these affects to AMIS-car muffler rotation, but i just didn't get the right values :(

Yes, i would see those Mangels-wheels in bigger size and have a "käännetyt peltivanteet" -modification in future (i don't know proper word for "käännetyt peltivanteet", steel rims with a big lips)
