Just remove the stock headers then put steel ones on. Also not sure if stock exhaust will fit as I have not yet purchased the game just waiting for payday

The steel headers have the exact same 5 8mm bolts as the stock headers do. You have to disconnect the stock exhaust pipe as well to install them, and must have the racing exhaust pipe to attach to the car alongside the steel headers (the stock exhaust pipe is incompatible).

One side effect of not removing the stock exhaust first is you will be unable to just pull it off later when you go to install the better exhaust.

Remove the muffler, exhaust pipe, and the stock header. Install aftermarket parts in reverse order.

How have you even managed to install the stock exhaust headers (which you must have done if you have the engine lifted on the car) if you don't know how to install the steel headers? They go in the same place. Remove the old headers.

hey guys does using steel headers with the stock carb have any bad effects? im asking because the carb has a hole in the bottom that would connect to the stock headers, obviously in real life this would either leak gas or have some other negative effect. But does it have any effect in the game?

I've noticed that too, but currently in game it doesn't have any bad effects
I have a question- steel headers are better than twin carburators?

well im not sure if extractly better. but im pretty sure the entire exhaust set is cheaper than a twin carburator. (tho you should combine them anyway once you have the cash)
