Grab Anything mod My summer car

Hi everybody i got problem because i cant put plugin GrabAnything.dll to mods folder can somebody tell how to do that of course i got mscloader and i dont know how to put this .dll to folder i want to work this on experimental i use RaceDepartament he wrote somihtnig like that
Make sure you have MSCModloader installed.
1.2 if not go here: http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/msc-mod-loader-0-2.15339/
2. Put GrabAnything.dll in ...\Documents\MySummerCar\Mods folder
3. Run the game
4. Ingame find a moveable object to grab.
If somebody know how to instal this i will be very happy

uninstall modloader then install it again you open MSCpatcher then do it
