HELP! Red light on, above the hazard switch
A red light has come on during the first time me trying to start my satsuma,The engine turns over and I hear no banging from the engine or anything,I also properly set up the wiring in the car making sure everything was right and I made sure all of the car fluids were filled up.Also too every time I start the car up or hold the ignition in place for the engine to turn over the car battery dies very fast which i don't know if that's part of the problem why the car wont start up.Please someone help I've tried everything I could have possibly think of,this isn't my first time building the satsuma,I haven't played this game in literally 2 in a half years so I'm not acquainted with the games new updates and changes the developer's had made,If anyone can help please you will be a lifesaver.

The light was added a few updates ago to indicate the battery is not being charged. If the fanbelt is on and the alternator has a wire connected to it, the light should go out when you rev the engine. In that case the light indicates that the alternator is on it's way out and you need to replace it in the near future.

If you replace the alternator and waterpump at the same time, I've noticed they both break at about the same time. Happend a few times to me I changed the alternator because it had seized and a day later the waterpump was dead.

Thank you very much rick for your knowledge,Ill see what i can do and try to replace both the water pump and alternator. One thing though the car wont start up at all it just turns over and no matter how much i rev it or put the clutch in the car just continues to turn over,When i was putting on the alternator belt i made sure it was tighten all the way so i wouldn't lose any charge but still i continue to lose a lot of battery life, that just might be the alternator IDK but ill see what i can do thank you very much.

It means the alternator is not making enough power this is likely caused by the air/fuel ratio being too lean, which in turn is not rotating the crankshaft pulley fast enough for the alternator while the car is idling.
