About police checkpoints

So... Im getting a little bit tense, cause I've been trying to get the police related achievements (Darwin award and Thank you goverment) for about 4h, but the police just does'nt want to spawn (I know its RNG, and more rare now, but still... 4h man).

I've saved at Teimo's with my Gifu parked near the fuel pumps full of fuel oil, a beer case, and a bottle of booze, ready to get in the highway, without fastening my seatbelt, and punching the windshield in order to get the highest fine possible just to be sure.

Now, the question is. The police chance to spawn does occur every time I exit and re-enter the game? or, If I keep driving in circles in the same session they'll eventually spawn?

it has to be whenever you re-enter the game, cause failed stage 2 rally attempts sometimes had me stopping for checkpoints

It worked! Im retarded tho. Just drank the last beer facing the cop with the analyzer and knocked him out LOL, at least got the Thank you goverment one from the cops in the car.

I have been trying to get the police checkpoint to spawn for over 2 hours now. I start of a teimos shop and then do a lap of the highway and then quit and re-enter the game but no luck. Is there a specific time or day you guys got stopped by the police that might affect my chances?

i know that post you made is old compared to this but its 40% more of chance when its friday to sunday
