My stress bar doesnt go down.
Tried showering and drinking, the stress bar continues red, what do i do?

Eating cooked sausages will lower 60% of your stress bar, and the island naturally lowers stress. Above 60c, sitting on the top bench at the sauna's enough to reduce the stress.

Please note that the bar turns red at around 100%, but it's actual limit is around ~200%.

Chopping wood also does a good job of reducing stress (fills your trailer too).
