Ventti Mod or MSCEdit? (Spoilers)

I've stayed away from MSCEdit so far beyond troubleshooting what I thought was a bug, but thinking long-term on my current save at the moment regarding the Ventti dealer. I managed to get the bid max all the way up to 4900 (always bet 50) and can go ahead and bet the car/house. I promised myself I'd game over if I lost instead of reloading, but if I do win...I don't want to lose the money sink.

Being able to cook and save there would be nice, but Ventti is a great money sink since it favors the dealer, and it's a fun way to wind down an evening. I've bought everything in the catalog except extra rims and a few tires (and the hideous covers), so I'm almost to the point that money doesn't matter outside of fines.

So the question is, does anyone know of a mod or save edit that adds the dealer back in after winning the house, or currently my only option is to stop at winning the car?

There is no such mod afaik.

well, mate, you probably won't have to worry about it since, like you said, it favors the dealer.

Actually already won the car last night, as well as over 4k in my pre-car hope-this-isn't-the-end hand. Stopped there, and back to 50mk bets at night when I'm in the area. Pig man is my bud and I refuse to risk kicking him out.

I actually was really surprised, and considering I've only ever bet 50mk at a time, and you generally lose about 10 marks for every 100 bet (about 10%) when playing perfectly, I'm pretty positive I'm currently at a hefty surplus.

I had the same idea. It probably is possible.

It's a great mod idea. Perhaps he could go to the pub every night to play, staying in the balcony.

pig man is literally a monster, but if you want to chill with him and not listen to grandma then that's your decision. whether the pig is at the cabin and whether you own the cabin are tied to the same thing in the save file, so MSCeditor can't do anything for you, and a mod would have to add that extra save tag, which probably isn't hard to do, but it wouldn't gel with everything the game indicates, the whole point of that little story ark is that whoever wins against the pig has a terrible curse put on them, you would not want to live with pig man.

Fair enough, but you have no other bros in all of Finland, so if you don't get on this bromance train you'll miss out on a sweet brolationship, drinking beer and smoking while playing cards.

i'm more fond of Jokke, our relationship may have it's ups and downs, but a fire burning half as long will burn twice as bright. Pigman only has Booze, Jokke has the strong stuff.

Go into MSC Editor click on venttipigstage set the value to 1 and save. Now I still own his car but he's back in his hut and I can play him again.
