No drunk guy calls/No angry kilju calls (potential spoilers)

Not posting in Bug Reports yet since I'm not sure anything is actually wrong. This will be a bit lengthy, so I'll paragraph the sections.

First off:
I haven't gotten a midnight call for a ride from drunk guy even once. This is my first playthrough, and I'm at maybe 7 weeks or so on my save. I'm often somewhere other than the house at night, but I've still spent many nights (at least a dozen and change) at home, awake or asleep from 10pm-4am. Since the call is supposed to come around 2am, I'm left unsure whether I've been really unlucky or something is wrong. I installed the save editor but can't find that particular mission in the list, or any call chance related to it. Only drunk guy stuff showing in the filter was for angry state, what looks like the mission stages for rides home/moving and "end is here" which I won't elaborate on for spoiler reasons. Help? Clarification?

Second:
I've sold bad kilju to drunk guy 3 times so far but haven't gotten an angry call or slashed tires. I brew a good batch, bottle it all, refill the brewing bucket and fill another 10-15 bottles of "kilju" water. Give him a good sample, then unload all 35 or so bottles on his table. I've never gotten an angry call from him and while my satsuma is built w/tires attached they've never been slashed. I checked this in the save editor as well, but all I found was "drunkangry" is set to "true." No call chance or anything to give a hint of whether he will/has called about it. Is it broken for me or can this take a while?

Yep, and still getting all other types of calls.

I think he only calls for a ride if you go to sleep at 8 PM with 50% fatigue. Not sure about the kilju thing though.

Definitely read on multiple forums posted over the years that whether you are asleep or not has no bearing on whether he calls. Still, I'll try a few nights in a row going to sleep early.

Alright Thycket you da man! Slept at 8 pm, and sure enough I got the call first attempt. I've spent the night at the house at least 15-20 times so far, as this is the first time I got the call. So there might be a condition in place that I haven't triggered before.

On a side note, I drove almost 80 through the backroads and floored it on the interstate bringing drunk guy home, and he paid me only a couple hundred marks.

As far as the kilju, I'll test selling only 1 good kilju and the rest just water to see if there is a bug selling roughly 50/50.

Yep, I think you can only give 1 kilju and the rest water to make him angry. If the msceditor says he's angry though, then, that's a bit weird.
