RPM goes up and down at Idle
For some reason when idling the RPMs go up and down and when I try to drive its slow and unresponsive, I gave the car to Fleetari to fix any broken engine parts and it had no change. when accelerating it breaks up and top speed is like 40-50, Ive tried everything anyone know whats going on?

Tried changing the plugs and the fuel pump?

To fix broken engine parts you need to dismantle the entire engine.

1) Fleetari can't fix parts if they are still attached to the engine...
2) This sounds like a bad fuelpump.
3) If you've tried everything, why is it not fixed yet?
