there was a plugin that did that, it's called engine fixer but it's not working because it needs an update, it also fixed the wear(doesn't fix broken parts) and filled fluids(clutch, brakes, gas, oil, coolant)

You can figure out which ones are broken in the vanilla game:
Pistons: If your pistons are worn you'll see blue smoke coming out the exhaust, signifying oil burning. When they break fully they'll go flying through your engine block or oilpan.
Crankshaft: Your car won't idle properly and will shake more when stationary. When broken it's the same as the pistons.
Alternator: The big red light will light up on the dash, implying that the alternator isn't working properly.
Head Gasket: Your car will overheat extremely quickly and you'll be very down on power and losing coolant.
Gearbox: I've never experienced a bad gearbox, but you'll probably lose gears and/or won't be able to move.
Rockershaft: When it's broken your car won't start because it won't be getting any fuel into the cylinders.
Starter: Your car won't crank ( the noise of the car starting).
Water pump: It'll stop spinning and make a terrible squeaking noise because it's rubbing against the alternator belt.
Tyres: You can check the wear of your tyres with a ruler when they're removed from the car. When they're fully worn they'll go flat.
Thats some good info thank you . To the op i would recomend getting msc editor even if just to check the wear on your parts or to see if theres any loose bolts . When you go to download it your antivirus will probs flag it as having a virus but it doesnt .

yes

Over reving or downshifting too soon if not bolted.

Just take off the cylinder head and check whether the Pistons are there. As a general rule of thumb never downshift at over 5k rpm, this'll stop you from blowing your engine.

Since i started using msc editor ive noticed that engine parts get worn out an some stock parts are all ready worn out . Is there a way of checking this in the vanilla game ?

well going off that, the red light wont go away. Could that be the cause? Do i just tune to fix?

Make sure your belt is properly tightened, if the red lights still on then buy a new alternator. However, a bad alternator won't fix a piston falling out
