Do i need to buy wheels?

Hey guys, quick question, i'm building satsuma for the first time and most info is pretty outtdated, do i need to buy my own rims and tires now? Can i buy any rim and tire combo to pass the inspection? I don't even see any tires in the catalog.
I'm not on the experimental build, if that matters.

You only need a new set of tires in order to pass the inspection, go to Fleetari and choose something that isn't rally or slick. You can use your old rusty wheels, it doesn't matter, leave them on his desk while ordering tire service. You are only able to purchase bare rims through the catalog.

But i don't have the rusty wheels in the garage, i found one wheel on the landfield and that's it. It's a fresh 24.10 save.

Ah my bad, thought the wheel placement change wasn't present in non experimental. They're in the haunted mansion near Fleetari's. I advise you go there at night as wasp nest inside will be inactive by that time.

Also keep the car stock if you aren't sure which parts will pass inspection, some performance parts are illegal mods and will fail inspection.

Thanks! I also found some comments about building the car from "new" and "old" parts, can i get all new parts for the engine or does that just refer to those few things in the catalog?

They probably meant part condition, there are no new parts outside the catalog

He´s talking about wear items in the engine.

You can get the wear items from Fleetari.
They are on the shelf, when you go in the office. But remember the parts has to be disassembled first, before they spawn on the shelf.
