Not getting money for Satsuma wreck

So I have found the Satsuma wreck with the centre console and spare wheel, ive now towed it back to Fletari's twice and it seems he doesnt want to pay me for delivering the wreck. Is this just happening for me??

it's only wreck cars that are scattered around the map, he won't take the satsuma

Well first make sure it's close to his garage, though it sounds like a bug of some sort.

Its parked outside his front door and still nothing. Maybe ill try a new game and see what happens.
