I was wondering why there isn’t a rally time thread with the best time Ect

There was, once upon a time. Anyway, 6:15 on Saturday is my best ever. Haven't even bothered with Sunday stage, yet.

Along with that, I found an old speedrunning thread from 2016 I made about building the car and getting it inspected as fast as possible. My record in that thread is a 59:55. The current record(afaik) is about 26 minutes.

I did it yesterday and did the 2nd place, I think I got a penality because I drive really super fast no crash just one the Sunday but not a big. I did 11min 41 sec
I hope this thread will not die because the forums need one

thats good timing though i saw recently there was a bug with the rally giving false penaltys

Remember that default branch has a bug which always adds a one minute penalty after Saturday stage. It is fixed for experimental test branch and later for the default branch :)

Around 6:20 on Saturday stage, a few minutes ago... I dont know where/how people are finding a minute on the first stage. I'm in experimental with a fully upgraded Satsuma without nitrous.

I only post times for what i believe to be a clean run. I feel like i'm still getting penalized somehow. I watched a video on the first stage, by DayzMeRollin'. I can't imagine im much faster or slower than that rally he ran.

Any tips on how to find a full minute, hopefully other than driving faster? I noticed there is a stop sign after it says "finish", should i be obeying that stop sign? Should i have re verified my files?

i ran the rally one time and died and i've been scared to try again lol

plus my car breaks down like every 3rd trip i take in it
