How can I access the internet through the computer?

First on the main stream when you start the computer type telebbs and after type atdt 938xxxxxx (the number you found in the empty building next to the inspection. Don’t forget to plug the thing to internet in the telephone plug.

I did this but it did not work

1. Plug the internet cable in to the same socket as your phone. Unplug the phone of course, you can't have both at the same time.
2. When PC launches, type in telebbs, wait for it to load, then type in atdt 938[your number that you need to find in the empty building near inspection service].
3. Press enter and wait for connection.
4. Press enter and type in your nickname
5. Type in /C and the chat will open.

Just don't forget to press [space] after "adtd", just like I wrote you here. No need for [space] after "938". For example my number is 938168053, so I need to type "atdt 93816853" and then it connects.
Also, check your mailbox, maybe you need to pay for telephone services.
