Satsuma has no power at all.[Solved]
I was tuning the satsuma earlier after just finishing building it, had it running and adjusting the carb, and it died, which its done 3-4 times already while I try to tune it...I just go back in and start it up.

When I went to turn it back on I noticed my ratchet set had fallen off the cowl under the car...went to pull it out from the driver side and it hit the wheel and made a slight "damage" noise, didn't think much of it because it hit the wheel, nothing of importance there.

Now my car wont even come on, no power at all, no headlight, hazards, radio, nothing.

Ive replaced the battery, alternator, belt, checked all the electric lines and everything else I can think of, all fluids are full, car never overheated, no ticking, no knocking, nothing out of the usual aside from dying occasionally. I loaded the save in MSC Editor and looked around and found nothing broken...I have no idea why it won't come on now...anyone have any ideas?

Using the Experimental branch

So the car doesn't start or you just can't move it?
Uni Aug 20, 2018 @ 12:23am
Neither, it won't start and theres no power going to anything, it was being able to start up without any issues prior to the ratchet set falling under the car.

I just towed it to Fleetari and got the engine tuning and engine repairs done, and I still dont have power...I was hoping by some strange chance that would have fixed it lol

A /piston(s) are dead, i ad you to change the set. These are worn out only if a blueish smoke come from the exhaust (oil in the combustion chamber)
Uni Aug 20, 2018 @ 12:53am
Wow, I just built the engine too, I knew parts were already worn out but having 5 minutes of runtime on parts in the garage is a bit of a kick to the old crotch.

Wouldn't have Fleetaris repairs fixed it? I paid 3k for "Repair of broken engine parts"...does that not include the pistons?
Uni Aug 20, 2018 @ 12:57am
Even if the piston was damaged, I would still be getting power to the lights and such wouldn't I?

Im browsing the parts in MSC Editor right now and all the pistons are undamaged...I cant find any parts thats damaged.

Ive read not to edit anything with MSCE since its outdated, and I havent done it...would be nice to see the wire mess connections.

You need to check the wear of the parts not if these are destroy. It’s an idea it’s not sure

I have a few internals thats around 25%-30% but nothing lower than that

25% is still fine to run, it has to be something else if none of the parts is below 10%

Edit: are you sure your battery is not dead and your car is all wired?

Try to get the battery out and let it charge a little even if it's new. And check the starter.

And are sure it did not shortcircuit? It once happened to me(without catching fire) and had to rebuild the engine to get it working.

Try with a new battery, their current voltage value sometimes bugs out. You can check it for yourself in items.txt.
Uni Aug 20, 2018 @ 4:02pm
I looked in the items.txt and found this, one is my new battery and one is the old one...I have the new one installed, never used the old one

battery0charge
-1433.83081 battery0charge (this seems wayyyyyy off, bugged?)
120.7521057129 battery0chargemax

battery1charge
-nan(ind) battery1charge
143.7639923096 battery1chargemax

btw thanks everyone for helping out with this...never thought slapping a tire with a ratchet set could cause so much hassle lol

What did you exactly do to make power for the car
