Can't buy new rocker shaft

So I messed up my rocker shaft because I forgot to align the camshaft. Now I removed the roker shaft from the engine and went to the Fleetari shop since I read he will sell me new of my damaged parts but he doesn't. Do I have to wait more for it to show up it's already been 2 ingame days.

Using any mods?
Normally you just take the rocker shaft out, leave it where you toke it out, go in to Fleetari, pike the new rocker shaft on the shelf and pay at the desk.

Not using any mods, just took it out and threw it in the garage.

Forgot to remove the sparkplugs...
