I lost the left fender
I lost the left fender, where I can find it, or buy, oh how can I reappear, i look for it in the dumpster, and it's not there, someone can help me please.

This has happened to me after a rally crash. I used the MSC editor to relocate it back to my garage. To do this, find the entry for the missing fender, then overwrite its coodinates with an item you know to be in your garage. Backup your save file first just in case you make a mistake though....

If glitched through the ground, it'll be at the junkyard. If it fell off to the side of the road, it'll be where you left it. Happy hunting!

Better yet, set its state to installed instead of messing with teleporting.

I've had more issues with doing that than teleporting. Either way will work though.
