Removing the engine
What is the easiest way to remove the engine from the car without knocking things off like fenders and cooling pipes? What should I remove first before taking it out? (I'm trying to install the flywheel)

Just detatch any parts of the engine that attach to the car, like radiator hoses and fuel lines, also remove the half shafts, exhaust headers and gear linkage. You don't have to remove any body parts

You can honestly just remove the three mounting bolts and remove it that way without issues, that is how I always do it but if you really want to do it "right" I would say the exhaust, halfshafts, gear linkage and the 3 radiator hoses are the only things connecting the engine to other things inside the chassi. There are some wires as well but those cannot be removed
