Caution tape?

The exit to my uhhh "Driveway" has been taped off with red and yellow caution tape.

What happened is, I walked....very slowly (very unpleasant anecdote here, I had to retrievve a car after I died so I had to walk about 700m) On my way back after finally retrieving the car, I died again, and so I went to re-retrieve the car, this time though I took the tractor to tow it instead.

Everything was going to plan until I got to the junction with the blue signs, as I geared down the tractor, the van in tow however kept going same speed, wound up colliding with the tractor and the tractor tipped over. I climbed out of the tipped over tractor, and drove the van home, and went to sleep because it was pitch black dark outside by this time.
The next morning I drove the septic truck to the accident hoping the truck's muscle would be able to possibly dislodge the tractor, but when I finally get to the location where the tractor was, I find the tractor right-side up, parked on the side of the road, and the intersection is taped off with caution tape.

What does that mean, (and wow the amount of coding in this game) I'm not going to be fined for like leaving the scene of an accident or some BS like that, am I? Why was my road taped off, yet the other roads weren't?

You mean the rally tape? You know, the stuff that marks the road paths that are out of bounds?

Rally? Odd coincedence there I guess, I was thinking that was police tape.

Odd, I haven't even gotten my car together yet, I was just on my way to buy some gas.

Road is technically closed for rallys every saturday.
