My phone hasn't been ringing for 4 days now.
I ordered car parts 3 days ago, hired fleetari 3 days ago, and I only have 1 sewage job offer on the map, but i havent gotten any calls?

So i went to fleetari and my car had been upgraded, i went back and the phone rang again. Dont know what happened but its working now

Yes, actually it does. I had no power in my house and no one ever called and the second I paid the bill I was getting called like crazy

A normal phone at the time, runs a seperate line in to the house.

Yes, normal analog phone network provides it's own power to work, so hasving main electricity off should not affect phone.
