Question about the Rally Rims
In the parts magazine, the rally rims has a set of text that no other rims has: "No Offset"
Can anyone explain what this is supposed to mean? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

In real life zero offset would actually mean the mounting surface would be in the center of the rim. Most wheels have positive offset which means the mounting surface is more to the outside, taking the rim and tire inside the arch. Maybe the game has the terminology wrong, though, but I doubt it with the attention to detail.

Yep, seems so after having a better look. The rally rims which are described as having no offset actually have a high positive offset, like the stock rims, and the rest of the aftermarket rims (probably all, only had a closer look at one) have an offset closer to zero. I guess it would make sense if you read the "no offset" as "no offset change to stock".

Do any of the different rims affect performance in any way? As in, is the rally rims better with the rally tires and so forth?
IRL different tyre-, rim-sizes and offsets will affect chassis-geometry and thus how the car handles. As this is an awesome car-maintainance-game built upon an essentially pre-cooked unity-module ("unity-car") ... ...I believe the proclaimed level of realism of the in-built driving-dynamics simulation is to be taken with a few grains of salt.
