Bent suspension - feeling pain
The new suspension damage is a bit too harsh IMHO - £9200 to repair at Fleetari and you have to take the parts off the car and deliver to him! Why not allow us to REPLACE the wishbones/trailing arms with new parts at Fleetari's, or make the suspension repair an on-the-car service. The former could be applicable to badly bent parts, the latter for more minor damage. Just a thought...

I wasn't sure and took em off.
However, once the call came in, picked them up, and put them back in, the struts still looked bent once you put the satsuma back on her wheels. Just a visual anomaly?

It's about 4000-5000 marks, I had about 5600 marks, left my Satsuma at Fleetari's repair shop, and now I have 400 marks. I asked him for suspension fix and new windshield.

NB: I am not sure now if you do need to take off the suspension parts and put them on Fleetari's desk, or if you leave the entire car there (as with body repairs and such). I have seen a post here saying remove them, and one on Reddit saying leave the car at Fleetari's. Can anybody confirm which option works?? I see Topless Gun posts here too, so maybe he could confirm?

I left my suspension part in the car, I didn't took them off, but I think Fleetari fixed it, I'm not sure, because my chassis is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, so it look like suspension is still bented, but I don't see any problems when I drive, before I left my car at Fleetari's, my wheels where facing different directions, now they're ok, so I guess you don't have to disassemble your suspension before leaving it at Fleetari's.

ToplessGun said that it's the suspension mounts that get damaged, not the suspension itself. Doesn't matter if you take the suspension off or not, just leave the chassis at Fleetari's and he will fix it.

Thanks to the two posters above for confirming - I'm now off to Fleetari to get my bits back!
