Car Engine won't heat up

So i pull out the choke in the Satsuma and start the car but even after keeping it out for like 5 minutes and reving the engine completely, the temperature won't even move and it stays at the lowest no matter what i do. Can anybody help me with what i did wrong?

Do any other of the dash gauges work?

Yes, everything else seems to work normally and it's just the temperature that stays at the lowest and doesn't move even when i purposely try to overheat it

Does the temp rise, when driving normally? not idling with the choke pulled

normaly the car should heat it self with or without the choke after 1-3min of idle

im having a similar issue here. except my car heats up, but it wont stay above the halfway mark, so I can never close the choke and I can't tune my engine. even if I sit there revving non stop the car barely hits the halfway mark. I'm tempted to disable my radiator and try it.

Create your own thread if it's to necro an old one without substance.

Anyway, the engine shouldn't heat up past the middle; it should be standard driving temp.

try to drive at highway for some time , does it still satys cold ?

Your oilpan is damaged. That's what happened to me. Also my AFR ratio wouldn't go down from 18.0
