Help! Satsuma stuck in the ground! (SOLVED)

So, I was building the whole car on the new save because my old save was deleted by accident... And, after spending a lot of time building this ♥♥♥♥ up again, when I wanted to go to the inspection, I've noticed I couldn't go anywhere, so I've checked the car and noticed that the wheels are in the ground, so I immediately went on the internet to search how to fix that problem, and I found something about MSCeditor to turn something with ,,wear'' at 100, but the problem was that the msceditor never worked for me, so it didn't worked this time either... So... Does anybody know how to fix that? I would be very grateful.

I've already tried moving it, taking the wheels off and save, but that didn't worked... And yes, I added the wheels to the car on the ground, if that changes anything.

yep that what every other persons tires look like when they have been flatend by kilju guy so yep take your tires to fleetari and get some new ones is the only way to fix that problem
