Cant shift gears

Whenever i try to shift gears in any car (van,semi) I can't. Ive done everything I can think of. Restarting the game, uninstalling the game, changing the buttons and nothing works.

do u have the auto clutch on and the h-shifter. if you have the H-shifter on turn that off and turn on the auto clutch

I have this problem as well I do use a full setup with wheel pedals and stick. I've disconnected all of them and just have the keyboard to interface with the game. I have auto clutch on and h-shifter off. I've reinstalled the game and taken off experimental mode, and still can"t shift.

yes correct. wheel is disconnected as well as the shifter and the pedals.

This is indeed weird. I figured out the problem. It seems when starting the game for the first time, you are un able to shift gears. as soon as you start a vehicle shifting is enabled again. turn the engine off. shifting is still enabled. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what, but very strange.

i found the actual problem, check the halfshafts, the part that goes in the engine, that should be it
