so what is the id/name of lisnes plates in msc editor?

I don't think you can edit it in MSC editor, but if you want to have an inspection pass it think it is under inspected

They're in my defaultES2File.txt. Maybe they only appear after registering the car?

well i have almost all custom parts installed in satsuma so im not gonna install stock parts

using the editor to install the parts or change anything like that is dumb, don't do it. do you want to play the game or not? part of the game is getting the car inspected. most of the aftermarket parts don't even affect the inspection anyway, only the fancy carbs, seats and roll cage i think.

early access to shiny parts means illegal car.

just tried (on a new test save) can confirm after heading to the inspection shop can conclude found the registration plates on the ground

The rollcage and seats are will pass inspection, only racing carbs, racing exhaust (and all the parts that go with it ie: racing muffler, upgraded headers), rally steering wheel, and rally tires. If you are not looking to participate in the rally then theres not really a point to go through the effort of taking off parts that won't pass anyways. I seriously recommend actually playing the game instead of using the editor though, its much more fun to play the game it was meant to be played instead of cheating.
