How to steal Ruscko?

I've tried spraying the wasp hive with a full canister of extinguisher at night time, but to no avail, and since the recent update I cannot tow the vehicle under water, any ideas?

I used the fire extinguiser and it worked!

I used the tractor. Crept up to the back of the car and attached a rope, then dragged it over to the lake, turned 180 at the shore line so the car was between tractor and lake and reversed to shove it in. After a moment I dragged it back out again.
The tractor cuts out if you go too far into the water like the other vehicles. I thought that a bit odd as it's a diesel with intake and exhaust up in the air to avoid flooding like that.

The fire extinguisher does work. I was outside the passenger door, got down fully and got as close as possible before I would start entering the car and unloaded an entire fire extinguisher on those a**holes.

The tractor has a towing line on the front.

Yes you can kill the wasps with MSCEditor. Just set wasphive02dead to True. I think wasphive01dead is the hive in the mansion. Might be wrong. I just set both of them to True.

Thanks for all your help, turned out the first time I was not spraying directly onto the hive, second time it worked. Cheers.

It's kinda cheat, but in MSCEditor set "rusckokey" to 1

then set "wasphive02" to false

a bit late but how the hell do you start it? i litereally have turned it on atleast 10 times, put the gear up, turned handbrake off, and pressed w, guess what, it didnt move a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ muscle.
