No keys to the poop truck?

Title says it, I was playing around with some mods, the truck fell through the map when I was in it, went back to my old save and the poop truck had moved to the recycling plant and now I can’t start it? Won’t even put the key In the ignition, please help.

Gifu belongs to the player's uncle and in the newest update you need to ask him to borrow it.
He lives in the house next to a shed with a tractor but he may or may not spawn for days or even weeks and only in fair weather.
Keep trying.

Apparent ly after a week or 2 in-game he loses his licence and you'll have full access to the vehicles again

Thanks for the replies everyone, I just decided to start a new game since now the poop truck is dismantled and I have no idea where the parts are. That ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Fleetari probably has it all.

Its not dismantled. Its at the sewage plant in town.

You can still get the keys using MSCEditor. Don't know if this will break the game or if you uncle takes it back like he does with the van.
