Wheres the van after uncle loses its license?

I already have the septic truck after uncle talked about losing its drivers license and gave me the key for it telling me that i can suck poop for extra income and already did jobs with it, its parked outside the house full of poop for now but i never saw the van again, i loaned it once from uncle and then nothing i never heard of it anymore. I really miss it for going to the shop and to fleetari if the satsuma broke, which it did.

So where the hell is the van? i never got the van keys on the coat hanger inside uncles house how can i get full access to it? i don't want to drive the truck everywhere when i have to get to fleetari or elsewhere, diesel is expensive and i'd rather save it for when i have to do sewage jobs.

The key that hangs inside Uncles house is the GIfu key, not the van key - you were handed that key initially the 1st time you met.
The van is parked at the Inspection Station after Uncle loses his license.

Yeah i know the keys were for the gifu, thats how i knew i had access to it but didn't know i still had the van keys since uncle took the van from my house in the morning so in my head i thought well he took the keys too otherwise he wouldn't have been able to leave with the van in the first place.. So i can just take the van from the inspection building and its mine or what?
